Our Story
Started by brother and sister, Paul and Sara Grant, GPM has expanded and grown into the successful company it is today.
Started originally to only cover end of tenancy cleaning, the business has been expanded to include all different forms of cleaning and maintenance as shown in our services section of this website.
It was the wish of both Paul and Sara to expand the business due to the gap in the market for a high quality and caring cleaning company. They have worked tirelessly to get the business to where it is today without losing any of the values or principles that they started out with all those years ago. This means that GPM still believe in having small teams of trained people working together to achieve the best results for the client.

We feel at GPM that we want to provide an honest service that leaves our clients satisfied, in the same manner, we would wish jobs to be carried out for us. The directors believe in personally checking and being present on every job which in turn leads to a high standard of finish with our jobs. Quality is paramount to how GPM conduct themselves at all times.

Meet the Team
Grant Property Maintenance directors Sara and Paul Grant.
Sara Grant
Director
Sara spent her early years in the hospitality industry managing a restaurant and bar which proved to be a good grounding for running her own business. The long hours and responsibilty required to do that job led her to have the work ethic required to be successful as a business owner.
Her hardworking ethos meant it was only natural that she had a hunger to start her own business and should join up with Paul and for them to take the plunge.
Never the type to sit still, Sara spends her down time with her friends and family and is a keen horse rider as well as loving walking and the outdoors in general. She is happiest when she has her neices and nephews round, doing a canter through the countryside on the back of her horse or at the top of a hill after a long climb.
Paul Grant
Director
Hard work has never phased Paul and his ambition and drive hasn't faultered despite the long hours required to run the business successfully. Paul loves the physicality of the job he does so that he doesn't need to visit the gym! His 'Can do" attitude has been extremely valuable to GPM and allowed the company to expand the range of services that they provide.
He has a love of fast cars which originally came from his father Colin and this has seen Paul travel up and down the country to follow his passion for cars. Whether it be rallying or Go-Karting then Paul will be at his happiest behind the wheel.
Paul likes to put his family and business at the forefront of everything he does, especially spending time with his two young children.
